The Rethink Possible Method is the four-phase framework that runs through both coaching offerings. It is not a productivity system or a wellness program. It is a reconnection journey — designed to create lasting change from the inside out rather than adding more to an already full life.

A Four Phase Method

Phase 1 —       Reset: 
Reconnect with your body

 

Most women come to this work feeling depleted. So we start with nervous system stabilization and body restoration. We rebuild your physical and emotional foundation, through sleep, nutrition, movement, and embodied awareness practices to make everything that follows possible.

Putting this work first is based in research that shows how chronic stress encodes itself in the body. Stress doesn't just live in our thoughts — it lives in our muscles, our breath, our posture, as patterns of tension the nervous system has learned to hold. Intellectual understanding alone doesn't release those patterns. Slow, intentional body awareness practice does. That's why we begin here, in the body, before we go anywhere else.

Phase 2 — Rediscover: Reconnect with yourself

 

With the nervous system more settled, something surprising tends to happen: curiosity returns. This phase helps you understand where the patterns driving your disconnection came from, reconnect with your values and identity, and begin releasing the pattern that has been running your life.

This work leverages research on belonging, specifically the difference between fitting in, chaning who you are to be accepted, and true belonging, showing up as who you actually are. Most women who are holding everything have been fitting in and calling it belonging for a very long time. Alongside that, we integrate research on identity and what happens when we root it in our values rather than our beliefs or our roles.

From performing to authentic living.

Phase 3 —   Realign: Reconnect your life with your values

With clarity about who you are and what matters, we redesign how you actually live. Setting boundaries that come from body and values awareness rather than guilt. Daily and weekly rhythms that work with your energy rather than against it. A relationship with your work grounded in meaning rather than proving. Changes made possible by the inner work of phases one and two.

The boundaries work in this phase is based in the philosophy of finitude — the reality that we have a limited number of weeks on this earth, and that every yes is simultaneously a no to something else. A boundary is not a restriction. It is a conscious declaration of what actually matters to you. This phase is about making that choice deliberately.

From reactive living to intentional design.

Phase 4 — Reconnect: Rebuild belonging so your not holding it all alone

You were never supposed to do this alone, but somewhere along the way, alone became the default. This phase is about changing that.

Belonging is the antidote to carrying everything yourself. And the good news: it's not something you're born with or without. It's something you build. You've already started, every time someone in this group named something you couldn't, every time you felt understood instead of just seen.

Now we make it stick. We look at who's in your corner, how to lean on them, and how to extend that into your everyday life. This phase ends with a plan so that when the program ends, the support doesn't.
